A Brief history of our house

"Can Nas de Gos" is the name of our house. It is an old farm house near which we have a small stone cottage hidden behind a stand of pine trees. We let the cottage to people who want to spend their holidays in very peaceful surroundings. The house and the cottage are in an area of woodland and meadows. There is a swimming pool, 6 metres by 3 metres, which is exclusively for the people who rent the cottage. We are located in a rural area surrounded by gentle hills covered, mostly, by pine trees, oaks and evergreen oaks. Between the hills lie small plains and valleys of cultivated land, fields of wheat, oats, corn and sunflowers. There are olive groves, walnut plantations and some small vineyards. For those people who are fond of walking or cycling, they will be able to enjoy miles of quite lanes and paths between the fields and in the forests. We use exclusively solar panels to generate electricity.
